Add a sound bath into your hen party itinerary for a deeply meditative, immersive experience that drops your physical & energetic body into a state of relaxation & rejuvenation.
You will be invited to lay down & get comfortable, before being guided through a soul soothing soundscape using traditional Tibetan singing bowls. It is then followed by a grounding meditation, journal prompts & a sacred sharing space.
Bathe in these healing frequencies and drop into a deep state of rest & renewal. Tap into your subconscious mind, connect to your highest self & intuition.
Your blessing will be hosted by Sarah of Libra Lounge, who has a background in holistic facials & massage, Reiki, Sound Healing & nutrition. She is a certified Women's Circle facilitator and regularly hosts Sacred Women’s Circles & Bridal Blessings.
A sound bath is a very safe & gentle experience however it can be powerful. If someone is sensitive to sound or wears a hearing aid this could potentially be uncomfortable for them. If someone is experiencing mental health issues this could also stir up some emotions.
Your sound bath will be hosted by Sarah, founder of Libra Lounge. She’s a holistic therapist, reiki practitioner and certified women’s circle facilitator.
Sound baths can be hosted at Sarah’s studio in Hove, outside in nature, at your home, or at hen party accommodation.
Please ensure the space is big enough for everyone to comfortably lie down together in a space.
The package also includes a nearby restaurant booking for brunch, lunch or drinks depending on your timing and preference.
Available up to an hour from Worthing by car. Further locations can be accommodated too, so please enquire.
