Ikebana Floristry Hen Party

Starting from £110pp | Half day

Give your hens a truly unique floristry experience, as well as a ensuring you choose an activity that’s more eco-friendly.

Ikebana is the Japanese art of arranging flowers that focuses on creating simple, balanced arrangements - it has a mindful element similar to origami. You’ll use flowers, branches, and leaves to make beautiful displays that highlight nature's beauty and calmness.

Your workshop will be hosted by Leigh Chappell, who has been working as a floral designer for many years and now dedicates much of her work to this mindful style of floristry. Leigh also works only with seasonal, British-grown flowers and sustainable suppliers, making this a low-impact way to enjoy floristry at your hen party.

By choosing to book your floristry workshop with us, you will support small, sustainable businesses, the British flower industry and the environment.

1% of your total booking price will be donated to charity, so your hen party goes even further to make a positive impact on the world.

  • This workshop can be hosted at Leigh’s workshop in Strawberry Hill, at your hen party venue or at another venue in London that we can source for you.

  • The flowers used are from local and sustainable sources, so you’ll minimise your impact on the environment while enjoying a unique floristry experience.

  • You’ll get to keep your arrangement including the bowl and kenzan (the base used to arranage the flowers on).

  • Group size can vary according to the capacity of the venue - please enquire.

All floristry materials and the workshop facilitator are include in the price.
