This is a hen party activity that aims to make everyone feel good, even beyond your own hens. We take feeling clean and beautiful for granted, but not everyone has that luxury.
Spend a few hours volunteering for Beauty Banks to pack beauty boxes for people who can’t afford basic toiletries. You’ll feel amazing for helping them, and will create something that helps other people feel good about themselves too.
You’ll be volunteering at their storage unit in Croydon, South East London - you can get there easily by train or car.
Beauty Banks believe that everyone should have access to good personal hygiene and they work to end hygiene poverty in the UK by collecting toiletries and passing them on to places like shelters and women’s refuges.
Spend a few hours volunteering with Beauty Banks by helping them to pack toiletries donated form across the UK, that will be sent off to shelters and refuges to support people in hygiene poverty.
You’ll get quick induction from the team before packing beauty boxes in their storage unit.
Afterwards, you’ll go for lunch, brunch or drinks nearby booked for you by us.
To make an extra impact, you can bring along some unopened toiletries to donate and pack these off during your session!
Bookings require a minimum of 1 month notice.
Maximum group size is 5-6 people.
